Cleaning: We recommend spot cleaning the area by gently blotting (do not rub) the mark with a diluted wool detergent. If your scarf requires full cleaning, please gently handwash in cool water using a wool detergent. Do not wring or twist your scarf when it is wet, instead spread the scarf out on a dry towel and roll the towel with the scarf, pressing down as you go to absorb residual water. Unroll, and lay your scarf down flat on the towel. Reshape and allow it to dry flat in a shaded place.
Storage: To maintain the longevity of your scarf please store it flat, in a cool, dry place. Hanging can stretch and distort knitwear. Overtime, yarns pill due to friction. This is a both a normal and natural process caused by short fibres moving to the surface of your knitted piece. Pills can easily be removed by hand, using a wool comb or a de-pilling device.
